RevMarketing Pro is a marketing tools marketplace that connects businesses with marketing tools, done-for-you services, and consultations. RMP offers:

• Self-serve tools and subscriptions
• Done-for-you marketing services
• A Marketing Diagnostic tool that provides recommendations based on user-provided information
• Consultation booking for custom services

Some tools featured on RMP (including but not limited to RevCalls.ai and Local Newsletter Marketing) are operated under separate terms and pricing on their respective websites. RMP serves as a discovery and referral point for these tools.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use our services.

Some services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

• Pricing for tools and services is listed on the Site and is subject to change
• Subscription services renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date
• Refunds, if applicable, are governed by the specific terms of the tool or service purchased
• Services booked through third-party tools (RevCalls.ai, Local Newsletter Marketing) are governed by those companies' own payment and refund terms

The Marketing Diagnostic and any free visibility scan tools provided by RMP are for informational purposes only. Recommendations are based on the information you provide and/or publicly available data, and do not constitute professional marketing, legal, or business advice. Results may vary.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of AH Global Enterprises LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site
• Submit false or misleading information through any form, including the Marketing Diagnostic

Our Site may link to third-party websites and tools (including RevCalls.ai and Local Newsletter Marketing). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these third-party sites.

The Site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific business results, lead volume, revenue increases, or marketing outcomes from the use of our tools or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AH Global Enterprises LLC and RevMarketing Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RMP and AH Global Enterprises LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or services at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
